Sample Certificates - Scheme for Scotland
Revisions to Standards 1.1 and 1.2 for Structure of the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 came into force on 1st May 2007, the SER design certificates have been amended accordingly and the new style certificates must be used from 1st May 2007.
