Following recent discussions with the Scottish Government’s Building Standards Division, and given the on-going pandemic, it has been agreed that we will continue with the current programme of remote monitoring which replaces our usual face-to-face audits into at least early 2021.
One change has been made to the process, in that monitoring results will now be confirmed by the SER Board before being issued to Certifiers.
