This tutorial provides guidance on creating Form Qs.
Final and Interim Form Qs are now generated within the SER system as part of the certification process. To generate a Form Q for an individual plot for a building warrant which covers multiple buildings, please see the separate guidance on Multi-plot Form Qs.
Note that this tutorial relates only to certificates generated on the post-October 2016 system. For information regarding the generation of Form Qs relating to legacy certificates which used the ‘Other’ option in Schedule 1, please see the Legacy Certificates tutorial.
