Note that the permitted third party designed items on Schedule 1 vary depending on the building risk group. More information on risk groups can be found in Guidance Note 12 - Building Risk Group Matrix.
Note also that there is no longer an ‘Other’ option in Schedule 1, regardless of the risk group. For information regarding the use of Schedule 1 and generation of Form Qs relating to legacy certificates which used the ‘Other’ option in Schedule 1, please see the Legacy Certificates tutorial.
