When we revised the Scheme Guide recently there was considerable focus on the role of Approved Bodies. As part of this we have introduced new requirements for Approved Bodies to upload copies of their PI insurance certificate and Complaints Procedure to their records on the SER website.

As part of the changes introduced during the recent website upgrade following the reappointment to run the Scheme for the certification of the design of building structures in Scotland, the categories and options in the Experience, Expertise and Scope of Design Experience sections of Approved Certifier's records have been reviewed and updated.
